Rev. Dr. Angela Yarber

Hola! I’m Dr. Ang, ten-time award-winning author, international best selling artist, acclaimed public speaker, retreat leader, and Founder of Tehom Center Publishing. With a Ph.D. in Art and Religion, nearly two decades as a Professor of Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies, and twenty years as an ordained queer clergywoman, I write, paint, teach, coach, speak, and lead retreats all over the world.

My work has been featured in Forbes, NPR, HuffPo, Ms Magazine, The Advocate, the television show Tiny House Nation, and more.

More than accolades or accomplishments, it’s my calling to empower the marginalized to Q.U.E.E.R. our path toward liberation by Questioning, Undoing, Educating, Empowering, and Reimagining that enlivens me. Whether it’s mentoring authors otherwise underrepresented with my publishing company, Tehom Center Publishing, painting forgotten women from history, speaking about my Q.U.E.E.R. roadmap, writing books, or creating community by leading retreats filled with subversive sister saints across the gender spectrum, I rejoice in elevating feminist, queer, and BIPOC women and nonbinary kindred who are changing the world.
